Program description. Stella is a private household assistant that sends text messages to members of the account holder's own household. Messages include reminders about scheduled activities and appointments, prompts to submit medical and FSA expense receipts, event reminders, questions to coordinate travel plans, and a short daily summary of the day's schedule. This is a two-way program: recipients reply to confirm, decline, or ask follow-up questions.

Who receives messages. Only members of the account holder's household who have agreed to receive them. This program does not message customers, candidates, prospects, or any recipient outside the household. No marketing or promotional content is sent, and no third-party content is sent.

How consent is obtained. Enrollment is completed through the Stella Household Assistant enrollment page at https://twenty80.io/stella-opt-in. The person enters their name and mobile phone number and must affirmatively check an unchecked consent box agreeing to receive recurring informational messages from Stella Household Assistant, operated by Twenty80 LLC. The disclosure at the point of collection states the types of messages sent, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Where a household member is a minor, their parent or legal guardian completes enrollment and consents on their behalf. Numbers are never purchased, imported, or obtained from any third party.
