Stella Household Assistant — SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Stella Household Assistant text messaging program operated by Twenty80 LLC. It is separate from the Twenty80 recruiting privacy policy.

What we collect. For each household member enrolled in this program: their mobile phone number, a first name or nickname used to address them, the content of messages sent and received, and the scheduling details needed to send reminders — for example appointment times, event dates, travel dates, and whether an expense receipt has been submitted.

How we use it. This information is used only to deliver the assistant's messages and to respond to replies. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not used for marketing of any kind.

What we do not do. We do not sell personal information. SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not share this information with employers, recruiters, or any party involved in Twenty80's recruiting business.

Service providers. Messages are delivered through Twilio, which processes phone numbers and message content solely in order to transmit them. We may use other infrastructure providers for hosting and scheduling on the same basis.

Minors. Where a household member is a minor, their parent or guardian enrolls them and consents on their behalf, and may withdraw that consent at any time.

Retention. Message content and scheduling details are retained only as long as needed to operate the assistant, and are deleted on request.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. To have your number and message history deleted, contact us at hello@twenty80.io.
